Motivation to Lose Weight
Everyone needs motivation to
lose weight. It’s easy to stay motivated when you see results or feel a
change but how can you be motivated from the very beginning or if
you’re not seeing results as quickly as you want or your results have
become stagnant and plateau. Noticing a change in your weight, energy,
how your clothes fit these are all great positive feedback to give you
motivation to lose weight. But positive feedback is only going to get
