Antioxidants to Use for Anti Aging
There has been a lot of talk about antioxidants and how they help and protect the body from aging. In today’s society everyone experiences oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs from normal metabolic process and exposure to natural or artificial radiation, pollution, sun exposure, toxins in the air, food and water, stress, miscellaneous sources of oxidizing activity such as tobacco smoke and drugs.
