The Benefits of Walking


             Walking is a fundamental part of life. Walking is one of the easiest ways to exercise. We learn from when we are very small and it’s our primary means of movement. However what most people don’t realize is that it’s the simplest most effective ways to exercise. Strength training, weight lifting, and plyometrics they all help to strengthen the body, build muscle and burn fat but walking can do all of these things too.
