Most people want to lose weight but
feel they don’t have the time, money or effort to put into a regular exercise
routine. The fact of the matter is that exercise should be included in
everyone’s daily routine. Becoming healthier and more fit has so many benefits
on the body that there should be no excuse not to exercise. Exercise and diet
are the cornerstones of becoming healthy. Health is the level of functionality
and metabolic efficiency in the body. Therefore all of the body’s cells,
tissues and organs and bodily functions are impacted by the amount or lack of
